Considering their high metabolism, hummingbirds have a high life span compared to other animals with such high metabolisms. They can live up to 10 years but average a 3 to 5 year lifespan.
Hummingbird Tattoo Stencils
Tattoo stencils are pre-designed works of art used by tattoo artists. They can also be used for people thinking about getting a certain tattoo. They allow for experimentation and will help you decide what area of the body is the best for the tattoo.
If you are thinking about getting a hummingbird tattoo, invest in a stencil first. Apply the tattoo to your body in the area you think the design would fit best. Use tattoo stencil body paint to apply the design. If you do not like the look or placement, that is ok. Re-apply the tattoo at a different angle or in a different location. Once you are happy with the look and placement and you feel that you could live with this design on your body for the rest of your life, you can go ahead and get the tattoo permanently placed on your body by an experienced tattoo artist.
Henna
A non-permanent solution for applying a tattoo. Use a stencil and apply the henna. This is an easy way to see if you can live with a tattoo on a certain spot of your body permanently.
